At the AJFC we are a dedicated team of volunteers committed to fostering a positive, safe, and enriching football experience for our young athletes. Our board exists to support the development of players both on and off the field by promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, and personal growth. We believe youth sports are about more than wins and losses; they’re a powerful platform for building confidence, character, and lifelong friendships. Together with coaches, families, and volunteers, we work to ensure every participant has the opportunity to learn the game, enjoy the season, and grow as part of a supportive community.
